B.A.F.E Group, LLC., is a respected SDVOSB, Minority Owned, Qualified Opportunity Fund construction company based in Lithonia, GA. We specialize in General Contracting, new construction of single family, multi-family, commercial and mixed use property built using a combination of traditional construction and modular steel frame units. By combining these techniques we are able to substantially lower construction material costs, labor cost, and project completion time.
Our
current custom homes range in size from 160 sq ft – 5,0000+ sq ft.
Our homes are built off-site, fabricated to have any imaginable
facade, shipped worldwide, and assembled on site. We have a current
capacity to build up to 15 homes per month.

With significant construction experience our skilled workforce has in excess of 100 years of construction expertise. Combined, our professionals speak four different languages, have multiple degrees in engineering, and have OSHA 30, USACE CQM, ASHE and LEED certifications.
The company's projects are typically self-financed. For larger projects, the company is able to call upon its relationships with financial institutions with which management has cultivated financial relationships and where the company maintains working capital lines of credit.
Our specialization is modular steel frame construction and carpentry. Our expertise extends far beyond to include all aspects of construction from building's foundations to the final finish work. We work in carpentry, flooring, wall and floor framing, drywall, brick/masonry work, door/window installation, cabinet work, plastering, painting, as well as, demolition and debris removal in either renovation or new construction. We also have extensive experience in the construction and renovation of store fronts and commercial spaces.
B.A.F.E Group, LLC., is able to carry out multiple projects at a time calling on its full-time staff and its ability to assemble large construction crews at a moment's notice.
